Employees can never see any payrates.
For manager level records, the main manager can uncheck the option for “View Pay Rates” for each manager permissions to ensure they cannot view payrate information as well from your SETTINGS> Add/Edit Managers page.
Pay rates can be entered in order to calculate approximate payroll numbers on certain views and reports.
