Yes, you can Publish just one employee’s schedule, using our Partial Publish feature. Because you can Publish one Position at a time, there are two ways to Publish just one person’s shifts:
1 – Create a separate Position for that employee alone, and set only that employee to be able to work it, using it for no one else’s shifts, then Publish only that Position
2 – Only add shifts for that one employee to the week – If others must work the same Position, then you could create only shifts for that employee in that schedule week; when you Publish the Position, the only shifts there will belong to the one employee.
