Employee Trouble Signing In

If you have an employee who is having trouble logging in, here are some steps to take:

  1. Note you can tell any user on your account that they can retrieve their own login information from our WhenToWork.com sign in page by entering their email
  2. Check that the employee email is entered correctly on your EMPLOYEES>List page
  3. Click the pencil icon next to their name in the grid and click “Email Sign In Instructions
  4. Or click “Reset Pass & Print” to print out their login details and give them to the employee

If the employee continues to have trouble or is seeing what looks like a manager interface please review these ideas, as it may be that they inadvertently created a free trial account for a new organization instead of logging into their employee login on your account.
