Add / Edit Employee Comment (Notes)

You can add comments about an employee on the Employees> Employee List grid or on the Edit Employee page.

Don’t see the Comment field on your EMPLOYEES> Employees List?  Click the Select Columns link in the upper left and check off to include that column in the grid. 

You can edit the comment by clicking in the grid and then clicking Save when done or you can click the Pencil icon next to the employee and add it to their details.

The SETTING> Global Employee Permissions page option #3 that lets you set Employees as able to view their own comment on their Info page.
