Add / Edit Employee Comment Field

You can add comments about an employee on the Employees> List Grid or on the Edit Employee page.

Don’t see the Comment field on your EMPLOYEES> Employee List?  Click the Select Columns link in the upper left and check off to include that column in the grid. 

You can edit the comment by clicking in the grid and then clicking Save when done or you can click the Pencil icon next to the employee and add it to their details.

These comments cannot be seen by the employee – they can only be viewed by managers.
