If your employees normally work the same times and jobs each week and you do not want to vary them, you can enter all your shifts assigned to the regular employees into a week and then Save it as a Template.
Then in future weeks you can import that template with those shifts already assigned. If you import assigned shifts into a week, any assignment that overlaps approved time off will be instantly unassigned by our system. (Shift assignments will not be checked against Availability preferences and Cannot Work Times, but will only be checked against approved Time Off.)
You can then use AutoFill to assign any remaining open shifts if you like. You can also let your employees trade or pick up shifts as needed.
