Employees are not able to adjust their Max Hours settings or enter their desired number of hours.
Only the main manager and managers with permission are able to edit employee information on the EMPLOYEES> Employees List grid.
If you have set the SETTINGS> Global Employee Permissions to allow it, employees are able to set and edit their work time preferences themselves. You also can allow them to add their own shifts and pick up open shifts “at will”.
