We do not include a timestamp for when you restore a deleted employee.
For now, you could set up your email notifications to notify you when another manager “Adds/deletes/edits employee”, which would include when an employee is restored. Please note, if you are the manager who restores the employee, you will not get a notification of your own action.
You also could add this type of information in the employee comment.
