How do I save my data?

All schedule information is saved for you in our system and you can access it as far back as you have entered it for as long as you have a paid subscription with us.

Some pages require that you click the Save Changes or Save button when you are finished (ex. the Multi-Shift Edit schedule view, or when you are in the Shift Change window or editing a grid, etc.)

You can Print schedules or Export your data and save it to your computer as a backup if you like.

You can use the Search function to find particular shifts or just navigate back to any date to see that week’s schedule.

If you are a seasonal company and would like to have us save your data between seasons, just email with your account number and request and we can be sure your data is saved until next season.
