Why are employees not seeing their schedule / shifts?
Only shifts on Published weeks will appear on your employee displays.
Be sure you have added your shifts and then published the schedule week.
And be sure the employee is navigated to view that published week.
Be sure the employee did not incorrectly get a new “free trial” as if starting a new account. You can send them their login information if they are instead logging into an errantly created trial and seeing a “manager interface”.
