If you are missing buttons or cannot perform certain functions such as adding/editing shifts, importing templates, uploading shifts, saving templates etc. this means your manager permissions do not allow those functions. Contact the main manager on the account and ask them to review your manager permissions and update them if appropriate.
Note that If they update your permissions you will then need to log out and back in to see any updated permissions and functions.
If you do not see the manager interface it may be that you are using your employee login. Your manager login is separate. You can have all your login information emailed to you from our “Need username/password” link on our sign in page.
