Why is my export blank?

If you are trying to export in the Reports section and your file is blank this could be due to a number of things.

  • there is no data for the date range you chose
  • you are filtered on a position or category that has no data
  • certain third party exports require that you have entered employee ID numbers for all employees – you can review those by going to your Employees>List page and using the Select Columns link to turn on that column in the display.  You can make edits in that grid and click save
