If you cannot sign into either the desktop or mobile version it may be because:
- You are not typing in your username or password correctly
Try going to our sign in page and clicking “Need Username/Password?” and have the information emailed to you. Be sure to carefully review your USERNAME sent in the email, to be sure you enter that correctly the next time.
- The account Main Manager has changed your sign in information
Go to our sign in page and click the “Need username/password?” link to have your sign in information emailed to you. If your email is not found in our system, please contact the Main Manager on your account to get your sign in information or have them enter your email for you.
- Your computer may have software, or a browser extension that interferes with accessing some secure (https) websites.
Try restarting your computer. Check for any browser extension. You may need to set your anti-adware program to not interfere.
