The Employee interface Staff List shows employee contact information (if the employee has agreed to make their contact information visible to other employees).
If you have an employee login, you can sign in and go to Change My Information.
If allowed by the main manager to Add/edit phone numbers, you will see under the phone number an entry field, you can select “All employees can see my phone numbers” so that they’ll be listed beside your name (as an employee) on the Staff List.
If you do not have an employee login and function only as a manager, your contact information will not be listed on the Staff List.
Instead, from your manager homepage, you can enter information that will appear as a note on the employee’s homepage every time they log in. You can post your phone number there.
