If managers need to appear on the WhenToWork schedule, they must have both an ’employee login’ and a ‘manager login’.
WhenToWork establishes these two separate logins, which will have separate usernames and passwords, and will provide them access to their employee interface (allowing them to show up on the schedule with assigned shifts, use the tradeboard, request time-off, etc. etc.) and their manager interface (which will provide access to the management utilities).
One you add the manager as an employee and set which positions they can work you can then assign them to shifts.,
