Position Groups can be edited at any time to include more, fewer, or different positions.
To Edit a Position Group
From any Schedule Page:
- In the Positions dropdown menu, choose Select/Group Positions
- In the Add/Edit Position Group window, scroll down to the bottom “Existing Position Groups” section
- Click the “Edit” link next to the Position Group
- The section above will immediately display the included Positions & Group name
- Make any changes to the Group (keeping the name unchanged)
- Click the Display/Save button
