Edit Position Group – Add or Remove Position

Position Groups can be edited at any time to include more, fewer, or different positions. 

To Edit a Position Group

From any Schedule Page: 

  • In the Positions dropdown menu, choose Select/Group Positions
  • In the Add/Edit Position Group window, scroll down to the bottom “Existing Position Groups” section 
  • Click the “Edit” link next to the Position Group
  • The section above will immediately display the included Positions & Group name
  • Make any changes to the Group (keeping the name unchanged)
  • Click the Display/Save button
