Incoming Texts Not “Grouping”

WhenToWork consistently sends text notifications from the same email address, but sometimes cell phones will treat the notifications as if they have come from various addresses instead of one address.

For example, customers using AT&T text messaging services have found that if they set up their text message address at 10digitnumber@mms.att.net instead of using 10digitnumber@txt.att.net, they will receive all of their WhenToWork notifications from a common phone number. (Using @txt.att.net results in every message coming from a different source.)

For customers whose smartphones organize their text messages by sender, using @mms.att.net (similar to other carriers) will result in all WhenToWork messages being grouped together, for easier access and better organization.

texts not threading different number receive a text message it comes through the number is always different. The reason is when a text message comes through it takes up one text message for every one sent instead of grouping them under one number.
