The manager comment included with the approval/denial message can be viewed in the manager’s Sent messages folder and the employee’s new messages folder.
When the manager chooses “Approve” or “Deny”, a message will be sent to the employee informing them of the decision along with any comment you have added. If they have chosen the notification option for emails or texts when a Time Off is approved or denied, they will receive those as well.
