You can “Publish by Position” (Partial Publish) meaning you can choose which positions employees can see on the schedule for a particular week and which they cannot.
So you might want to use the Publish by Position option to just publish your work position and leave any other position like ‘Time Off…’ positions as unpublished.
That way your managers can still see the shifts but the employees can only see shifts for the particular positions you have chosen to show them.
