Can I set up my pay period?

WhenToWork is strictly for scheduling employees to shifts but you can view/adjust your account to reflect your pay period in the following ways:

The main manager can  update the Weekly Schedule Start Day.

On our Reports page, you can run reports for custom date ranges, such as your pay period.

The “By Employee – Summary” report shows total shifts and total hours per employee.

The “By Employee – Detailed” report shows each employee’s scheduled shift totals and total hours broken down by each of the positions they have been assigned.

The “By Employee – Daily Summary” will further break down those totals by day.
