Helpers can sign in and change or delete their email addresses, which is preferred, but any coordinator with permission to edit helpers can also delete a helper’s email address.
To Delete an Helper Email:
From any page:
- Hover over HELPERS in the top menu and choose Helpers List
- Click the pencil icon next to the helper name in the grid to open the Notifications window
- Click the Delete link under the email
- When asked to confirm, click Yes
You also can delete a helper email from their Edit Helper page.
