– Delete Helper Email

Helpers can sign in and change or delete their email addresses, which is preferred, but any coordinator with permission to edit helpers can also delete a helper’s email address.

To Delete an Helper Email:

From any page: 

  • Hover over HELPERS in the top menu and choose Helpers List
  • Click the pencil icon next to the helper name in the grid to open the Notifications window
  • Click the Delete link under the email
  • When asked to confirm, click Yes 

You also can delete a helper email from their Edit Helper page.
