Do you provide training?
We do not provide training, but we do have a detailed online Help file for coordinators as well as helpers. This contains topic-based information including videos and screenshots, as well as a searchable keyword function for finding specific information.

Our support staff is always available to answer any emailed questions. Coordinators and helpers alike can simply click the Contact WhenToHelp link at the bottom of any account page, or you can email support@when2help.com (please include your account number).
