If you want a quick view of which helpers have zero hours or shifts for the week or month, you can use the Statistics Weekly or Monthly view.
You might need to use the ‘Change Layout’ link to prevent the helpers with no shifts from being hidden on that view.
We don’t currently offer a csv export that includes helpers who are not scheduled, but on the Statistics Monthly view you can click the Print button, then click ‘Cancel.’ Then you can highlight and copy the information in the print preview screen (which has been stripped of active links to your account) and paste it into Excel as text.
