Coordinator Sign In Instructions 
Sign In Instructions can be emailed to each coordinator. If you have entered an email address for them, you can send instructions to them by email. If not, you can print the instructions for them. Any user can also use the WhenToHelp Sign In page and click the “Need Your Username/Password” link to have their sign in information emailed to them.

To Email Sign In Instructions

From any page: 

  • In the top menu, hover over SETTINGS and choose Add/Edit Coordinators 

    Click the pencil icon pencil icon for the coordinator’s name 

  • Click the “EMAIL Coordinator Sign In Instructions” link 
  • An email is immediately sent to that coordinator with their coordinator sign in information (which will be different from any helper sign in that they may already have)
