You can Export Helper Details, weekly schedules and statistical data for a certain date range in a number of formats including text, csv and spreadsheet).
If you are a trial account and would like to try the export function, please go to: http://WhenToHelp.com/testdrive.htm and click to sign in as a Coordinator. Then in the top menu, click REPORTS. From the test drive sample account, you can experiment with the various reports you can export.
