If you have helper names missing on your By Helper schedule view, this means that you chose to “Hide Helpers with no shifts.”
To change this, click the ‘Change Layout” link in the upper left and then uncheck the option “Hide Helpers with no shifts” and click Save.
If an helper is missing on the Shift Change window, this means you have not set the helper to be able to work the position of that shift. You can check your HELPERS>Positions Grid page to check off the positions an helper can work or set these up in the Edit Helper window.
