Why are helpers not seeing their schedule / shifts?
Only shifts on Published weeks will appear on your helper displays.
Be sure you have added your first shifts and then published your schedule week.
And be sure the helper is navigated to view that published week.
Make sure helper did not start a free trial and is logging in as if starting an account for a new organization instead of accessing your account as a helper..
