How do I set student class times as not available?
WhenToHelp is great for scheduling helpers who are students. You can block out their class times in a number of ways so that they will not be assigned during those times.
- You can enter a “partial day off” for each helper’s classes and set how many weeks to repeat the time off and include any class or location information to display on the schedule. You also can have helpers enter their own partial time off requests and then just deny or approve the time off when it shows on your What’s New section on the homepage.
