W2H is a US based corporation and abides by all US laws. Our multiple servers are fully owned by WhenToHelp and housed in the continental US.
All payments to W2H must be in US dollars.
WhenToHelp does not allow any entering of personal data by any user for EU residents.
Other than that we do not have any restrictions that prevent someone from accessing their account from any location. Any user can access our system from anywhere with an Internet connection.
If you have any trouble accessing our system it likely is from restrictions on your location end. Ex. some networks only allow access to certain web sites.
