It is not possible to upload a organization document to be saved and accessed on our server and we do not plan on adding this feature in the future due to the large volume of data and server space necessary for uploaded documents – in addition to the possible spam and viruses that could potentially impact our operations.
However, if you want attachments (or large documents to be accessed by your helpers) then we recommend you create a PDF file and email helpers directly from your email program OR you may upload a file to your own website and enter a link to that page on the Helper Homepage Notice or the Bulletin Board. That way the helper can simply click on the link to bring up your website page of the document.
