If you want to prevent your helpers from seeing and contacting other helpers in the account you will need to do the following:
Set up your SETTINGS>Global Helper Permissions to NO for all the “Viewing Other Helpers” options:
Note that if a helper is currently logged in when you make these changes, they will not see the changes until their session times out or if they log out or back in.
