Coordinators Who are Also Helpers
When you add a new coordinator, they are given a separate username and password to sign in as a coordinator.
Any coordinator who works shifts will also need to be added as a helper so that they can be assigned shifts. They will then have two separate sign ins:
- One username and password to sign in as a helper (if they want to propose trades or request time off, etc.)
This is where they can set their INFO page to allow other helpers to see their contact information on the Staff List* and post shits to the Tradeboard and set up helper email notification, ex. for then they are assigned to a new shift. - A second username and password to sign in and perform their permitted coordinator functions
*The Staff List shows helper contact information (if the helper agrees to make their contact information visible to other helpers). If coordinators have a helper login, they can sign in using their helper username and go to Change My Information. Under the phone number entry field, they can select ” All helpers can see my phone numbers” so that they’ll be listed beside your name (as a helper) on the Staff List.
If coordinators do not have a helper login and function only as a coordinator, their contact information will not be listed on the Staff List.
Instead, from the coordinator homepage, you can enter information that will appear as a note on the helper’s homepage every time they log in. You can post coordinator phone numbers there.
