Change the Order that Helpers are Displayed
The Helper List page and some schedule views (ex. By Helper) sort and list helpers by the last name field.
To change the sort order of helpers, you can change the last name field to force the sort order. For example, if you put a leading space before an helper last name, that will put the helper at the top of the list.
Or you can use numbers to force the order – ex. 1-Smith, 2-Jones.
Note that the last name field is seen in some notifications and on the displays.
Does an helper look out of sort order? Click to edit the helper and be sure there is not a leading space in front of their last name or be sure that the capitalization of the first letter is consistent for all helpers.
