Can unassigned shifts be posted to the tradeboard automatically?
You can post unassigned shifts to the Tradeboard by adding “unassigned” shifts in your schedule week, then when you Publish that week the shifts will appear on the helper’s display if you allow them to see & pickup unassigned shifts from the tradeboard or Everyone’s schedule display.
There are options on the Coordinator’s SETTINGS>Global Helper Permissions page to allow helpers to see & pickup unassigned shifts either “At Will” (not needing approval) or “with Coordinator Approval” (meaning every request has to be approved by a Coordinator on the account).
