On the Pending Trades page, we offer the option to send a comment to the helper when you approve or deny the trade or shift pick up.
The comments entered there are only sent to the helper and are not stored in our system.
You can, however, find that comment in the message to the helper, in your MESSAGING>Sent folder if it was approved/denied in the last 30 days or if you have saved that particular message.
