I am a manager – why can’t I edit schedules?

If you are both an employee and a manager then you will have two separate usernames: you’ll manage your own schedule via your employee username, and you’ll manage your organization’s schedule from your manager username.

When signing in to utilize the manager utilities, you need to make sure that you are signing into your Manager username.

You can retrieve all your sign in information using the “Need username/password” link on our sign in page. If your information is not retrievable that way, you will need to contact the main manager on the account to get your manager sign in information.
