UPDATE: The team is thoroughly testing the solution to this issue. We will be carefully rolling out the fix server by server. Unless we experience unexpected issues the rollout will be complete by Friday the 11th. ——
WhenToWork recently made changes to increase the security of our systems. Unfortunately, there have been unintended side effects that are causing issues with the delivery of email and SMS text notifications. Our development team is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We offer SMS text notifications for convenience, but delivery of SMS messages can be affected by factors such as network conditions and variations between mobile carriers.
To guarantee delivery, rather than rely on SMS text notifications, we recommend that users set up push notifications in our apps for Android and iOS.
