At approximately 6:00 AM CST, we experienced a service disruption affecting user login, SSO connections, and mobile app access. The root cause has been identified and addressed.
Root Cause:
DNS – Our primary domain, whentowork.com, briefly lapsed at the registrar level. This removed our authoritative DNS records from the global .com zone, causing lookups to fail (NXDOMAIN
) until renewal and republishing completed.
As of 10:15 AM CST, all core systems are operational. We are actively monitoring system performance to ensure stability. If you continue to experience issues, please try again shortly or contact support.
