\nMonitoring:<\/strong> The issue has been resolved, but some users may still experience intermittent issues as the fix continues to propagate through our systems.<\/p>\n

At approximately 6:00 AM CST<\/strong>, we experienced a service disruption affecting user login, SSO connections, and mobile app access. The root cause has been identified and addressed.<\/p>\n

Root Cause:<\/strong>

\nDNS \u2013 Our primary domain, whentowork.com<\/strong>, briefly lapsed at the registrar level. This removed our authoritative DNS records from the global .com<\/em> zone, causing lookups to fail (NXDOMAIN<\/code>) until renewal and republishing completed.<\/p>\n

As of 10:15 AM CST<\/strong>, all core systems are operational. We are actively monitoring system performance to ensure stability. If you continue to experience issues, please try again shortly or contact support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

WhenToWork recently made changes to increase the security of our systems. Unfortunately, there have been unintended side effects that are causing issues with the delivery of email and SMS text notifications. Our development team is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.<\/div>\n

We offer SMS text notifications for convenience, but delivery of SMS messages can be affected by factors such as network conditions and variations between mobile carriers.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
To guarantee delivery<\/strong>, rather than rely on SMS text notifications, we recommend that users set up push notifications in our apps for Android and iOS<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
