{"id":9426,"date":"2023-06-02T15:54:02","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T15:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=9426"},"modified":"2023-11-06T15:14:38","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T15:14:38","slug":"pro-plan-settings-options","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/pro-plan-settings-options\/","title":{"rendered":"Pro Plan Settings &#038; Options"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The main manager on your <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/w2w-pro-plan\/\">Pro Plan<\/a> account can set certain options for the account.<\/p>\n<p>From the top menu choose <strong>Settings&gt;Pro Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Email Notifications to Users<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/custom-logo-on-not\/\">Choose to use your own uploaded logo<\/a> on all employee email notifications in place of the W2W logo.<\/p>\n<p>When W2W messages are forwarded by email to employees the subject line starts with &#8220;W2W: fwd&#8221;.\u00a0 The main manager can replace that with a <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/archive-emp-notices\/\">custom subject line prefix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Copies of other notifications emailed to employees can also be sent to <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/archive-emp-notices\/\">your own &#8220;archive&#8221; email<\/a>.\u00a0 Just set up your email address and enter it on this page and you can then have an archive of all the actual emails sent.
