fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>You can add new employees at any time.<\/p>\n<h2>To Add an Employee:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the top menu, click\u00a0<strong>EMPLOYEES<\/strong> to go to the <strong>Employees List<\/strong> page\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Add New Employee<\/strong>\u00a0button to open the Add Employee window\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fill out the new employees information (The only required information is a first or last name and what Positions that employee can work)<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Add Employee<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/li>\n<li>The window will remain open for you to add another employee\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Close<\/strong>\u00a0when you are finished adding employees\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-Add-Employee.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3785 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-Add-Employee.png\" alt=\"add new employee\" width=\"700\" height=\"478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-Add-Employee.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-Add-Employee-300x205.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Note other items such as &#8216;AutoFill Maximums&#8217; address if a W2W message is forwarded to another employee or manager&#8217;s email address<\/li>\n<li>Employees can also stop email forwarding and notifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>You can allow employees to also enter:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-let-emps-signin\/h-emp-prefs\/\">Work Time Preferences<\/a>\u00a0(which you can choose to ignore when AutoFilling or you can turn off this ability to add prefer and dislike times on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings-emp-perm\/\"><strong>SETTINGS<\/strong>&gt;Employee Permissions<\/a>\u00a0page)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-positions\/h-rate-emps-pos\/\">Positions Preferences<\/a>\u00a0(if you allow employees to set them)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Phone numbers\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Street address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">&#8220;add employee&#8221;
