{"id":874,"date":"2018-05-04T04:38:33","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T04:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=874"},"modified":"2022-10-16T16:34:09","modified_gmt":"2022-10-16T16:34:09","slug":"f-track","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/f-track\/","title":{"rendered":"Can I track employees &#8211; see if seen or confirmed?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Is there a way to track when the employees view their schedules or sign into When to Work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can tell if an employee has viewed the latest version of a published schedule by going to your Schedules section using either &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-by-emp-drag-drop\/\">By Employee<\/a>&#8221; or &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-stats-view\/\">Statistics<\/a>&#8221; schedule views. That will show an sunglasses icon\u00a0<img class=\"noborder alignnone wp-image-1577 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/06\/icon_schviewed.gif\" alt=\"icone emp viewed most up to date schedule online\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/> \u00a0to the right of their name if the employee has viewed the latest version of that particular schedule week. You cannot tell the exact timestamp of when they viewed the schedule, but you can tell if it has been viewed since you last made changes to their schedule data.<\/p>\n<p>Those views also allow you to see if the employee was emailed their most current schedule <img class=\"alignnone wp-image-9010 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/schemailed-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/> or clicked to confirm receipt of that schedule email<\/a>.<img class=\"size-full wp-image-9011 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/schconfirmed-3.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can see the last time each employee signed into their account by going to your\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-tips-emplist-grid\/\">EMPLOYEES<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>section and clicking the &#8220;<strong>Select Columns<\/strong>&#8221; link and checking the &#8220;last sign in&#8221; option then click the\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n<p>Also, you can see any particular employee&#8217;s last sign in by clicking their name from anywhere in our system to see their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-view-emp-det\/\">Employee Details<\/a>\u00a0popup then click the &#8220;Info&#8221; tab and it will show their last sign in along with their employee information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">if a staff has viewed their schedule employee logged loged\u00a0 status employee viewing<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is there a way to track when the employees view their schedules or sign into When to Work?
