You can block out their class times in a number of ways so that they will not be assigned during those times.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can enter a &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-time-off-cannot\/h-partial-time-off\/\">partial day off<\/a>&#8221; for each employee&#8217;s classes and set how many weeks to repeat the time off and include any class or location information to display on the schedule.
