Your employees will be given new logins and will have to sign in to set them up, choosing usernames and entering preferences, etc.<\/p>\n<p>This process will not transfer the full employee records, so you or your employees will have to manually enter their preferences\/availability, time off data, and all schedule constraints and information etc. and sent messages from their other accounts will be lost.<\/p>\n<h2>MOVING SHIFTS<\/h2>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-exporting\/\">export shifts from one account<\/a> schedule week and then <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/uploading-shifts-from-file\/\">upload them into the other account<\/a> using a csv file.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">.utilize that original template that was already built<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"extrawords\">split accounts\u00a0 \u00a0move employee new account wrong account<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"extrawords\">How can we move employees without losing preferences and approved time off under different linked accounts<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"extrawords\">merge data combine accounts transfer between schedules, combining accounts, transfer into one, merge two different department schedules, transferred move her information over without a reset consolidate combine Can I move them all together without putting their name separately transfer all\u00a0 of the employees \u00a0from the old W2W account into the new one MOVE EMPLOYEE\u00a0 employees under their linked account will be transferred and reassigned to different units.
