You can access them from the\u00a0<strong>EMPLOYEES&gt;<\/strong> <strong>Deleted Employees\u00a0<\/strong>page or you can run\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-printouts\/h-custom-reports\/\"><strong>REPORTS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or use the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-search\/\">Search<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0feature and their shift information will be included.<\/p>\n<p>Note that you can view but not edit a deleted employee&#8217;s information, the deleted employee must <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-delete-emp-restore\/\">Restored<\/a>\u00a0first before their information can be edited.<\/p>\n<h2>To view a Deleted Employee&#8217;s information<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>EMPLOYEES<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Deleted Employees<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>View<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0or &#8220;<strong>View Schedule<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0links to view an employee&#8217;s information<\/li>\n<li>The main manager and managers with permission to edit employees can also click the restore icon to <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-delete-emp-restore\/\">Restore the employee<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-View-Deleted-Employee.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3836 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-View-Deleted-Employee.png\" alt=\"view deleted employee information\" width=\"700\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-View-Deleted-Employee.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/1-View-Deleted-Employee-300x125.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">shifts of a deleted employee\u00a0 view deleted employees view deleted employees\u00a0 deleted employee\u00a0 employee inactive Up to How many years is the system keeping old schedules recently deleted employees<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>View Deleted Employee&#8217;s Information When you\u00a0delete an employee\u00a0they are no longer listed in the\u00a0List Employees\u00a0page, but their information and past shifts are still available.
