times by changing that option on your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings-emp-perm\/\"><strong>SETTINGS<\/strong>&gt;Employee Permissions<\/a>\u00a0page.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Managers can also enter the work time preferences and availability for employees by editing each employee record.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Note: Work time preferences do not generate shifts, they can be used by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-autofill\/h-how-autofill-works\/\">AutoFill<\/a>\u00a0when you auto assign the shifts you have added or imported each week.<\/p>\n<p>Normally the\u00a0Repeating Weekly preferences\u00a0would be added first.<\/p>\n<p>Then if those will change on a certain date, from that same page you can set the\u00a0<strong>FUTURE Repeating Weekly prefs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Future Repeating Preferences go into effect on the specified date and will continue on until changed. \u00a0Once the date they go into effect has passed, you can enter a new set of Future Repeating Preferences that will begin on another future date.<\/p>\n<p>Note that &#8220;Date Specific Preferences&#8221;
