Once the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-alert-dates\/\">alert dates have been entered<\/a>, you can then send reminders to employees who have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-email-notific\/h-email-notifcations\/\">email notifications<\/a>\u00a0set up to forward W2W messages.<\/p>\n<p>These can be used, for example, for certification dates, to remind employees that a certification date is upcoming.<\/p>\n<h2>To send Alert Date Reminders:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>EMPLOYEES<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Alert Date Grid<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Send Reminder to Employees<\/strong>&#8221; link<\/li>\n<li>Choose a date range or set a begin and end date<\/li>\n<li>Edit the subject line if needed<\/li>\n<li>Type a message that will be sent to the employees.
