{"id":747,"date":"2018-05-04T02:15:49","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T02:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=747"},"modified":"2018-09-11T20:21:17","modified_gmt":"2018-09-11T20:21:17","slug":"f-sending-notices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/f-sending-notices\/","title":{"rendered":"Can I stop notifications?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What if I don&#8217;t want the employees to all be notified when there is a schedule change?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Normally when you Publish a week or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-make-changes-pub\/\">make a change to a Published schedule<\/a>\u00a0the affected employees who have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-email-notific\/h-email-notifcations\/\">chosen to be notified<\/a>\u00a0are sent an email about the change.<\/p>\n<p>When making changes to a Published schedule, you also can choose whether to send the affected employees a notice about the change or not.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On the\u00a0<strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong>\u00a0screen, or in the shift change window, there is a checkbox for &#8220;<strong>Send notices to affected employees<\/strong>&#8221; that if you uncheck before saving your change, the employees are not sent a notice of the change.<\/p>\n<p>That send notification box defaults to checked if your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings\/\"><strong>SETTINGS<\/strong>&gt;Company Info<\/a>\u00a0page is set to Yes for &#8220;SEND NOTICES on Publish\/Unpublish&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What if I don&#8217;t want the employees to all be notified when there is a schedule change?
