{"id":655,"date":"2018-05-04T01:49:51","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T01:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=655"},"modified":"2022-10-14T18:21:19","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T18:21:19","slug":"h-custom-reports","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-custom-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"REPORTS &#8211; Custom Reports \u25b6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe title=\"Reports &amp;amp; Exports\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/687205956?h=9f908f4407&amp;dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom Reports &#8211; Specific Date Ranges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can create custom reports based on date ranges and what you want to include and then either print the report or export it so that it can be saved or used in other programs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>To Create and Print a Custom Report<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>REPORTS<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Custom Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Choose a predefined range or choose a begin and end date\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Choose the Position &amp; Category to include and (if allowed) indicate if you want Pay Rate and Approximate Cost to be included.<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Print<\/strong> icon next to the report you want\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report page will be opened along with a print dialog window. To view the page, you can cancel the print dialog.
