{"id":6547,"date":"2020-12-14T22:07:14","date_gmt":"2020-12-14T22:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=6547"},"modified":"2020-12-14T22:09:58","modified_gmt":"2020-12-14T22:09:58","slug":"why-is-nothing-importing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/why-is-nothing-importing\/","title":{"rendered":"Why is nothing Importing?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-import\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Import<\/a> on Unpublished weeks.\u00a0 When you Import a saved template or previous week the shifts will be copied into that week.<\/p>\n<p>Note that if your schedule view is <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-filtering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">filtered to only certain Categories or Positions<\/a> then when you click Import you will only bring in those types of shifts that exist in the template or other week.\u00a0 Ex. if you filter on Cashier and Import a template that contains other positions &#8211; all you will import is the Cashier shifts.<\/p>\n<p>Check to be sure you are not filtered and if still having trouble you can view the template in the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-changing-template\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCHEDULES&gt; Templates<\/a> section.\u00a0 There you can confirm that the shifts you are expecting to import exist in that template.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">why import wont work<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can Import on Unpublished weeks.\u00a0 When you Import a saved template or previous week the shifts will be copied into that week.
